Old Outdated Addresses RIP

Google Local Places has a very bad habit of sending robots all over the Internet, finding wrong and outdated addresses, and then listing them.  When this happens, Google assumes its information to be correct and makes businesses jump through hurdles to prove they should own the listings in order to change or delete them.  This can be about impossible as Google frequently wants to mail PIN number postcards to closed business locations or call disconnected phone numbers.

Many other therapy directories also employ search robots or maintain outdated information that can be hard or impossible to get deleted.
